Relaxation with a hint of naughty trouble. My joy comes from a slow morning yoga session, the playful touch of a lover, a relaxing evening laughing over chess, or wandering through a new city, admiring its architecture. Although I try to stay rooted, I have a hard time resisting adventure. I’m happiest exploring new corners of the world, and I can’t resist a summer along the French Riviera or a winter in the Swiss Alps, adaptogenic hot cocoa in hand, melting away in a private hot tub with good company.

I practice self-care in many forms that fill my cup in different ways. I often find new biohacking gadgets and supplements to try, so don’t be surprised if I hand you an NAD+ shot or convince you to try a little tantric breath work. I won’t miss an opportunity to move my body, so you can find me on the tennis court, bombing down ski slopes, swimming laps, or exploring anywhere that feels warm and alive. 

I studied the life of the mind, so I can dive into deep talks (or playful debates), but I’m just as happy keeping things light and fun. My favorite moments, and what I am attracted to most, is real intimacy — connection that doesn’t need to perform. I am easy to talk to, insatiably curious, and genuine. I bring warmth and presence wherever I go, whether it’s dinner dates, vacation getaways, business trips, corporate events, and just a little down time for us two, I make effortless company.
